By accessing or using the services provided by Athens Boxing Club ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Galaxia 7, Athens 11745, Greece, including our website, mobile application, and physical facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Athens Boxing Club provides boxing fitness classes, light sparring sessions, strength and conditioning programs, and personal training appointments at our facility in Athens, Greece. We also operate an online shop offering branded merchandise, as well as a website and mobile application that allow members to purchase memberships, book classes and appointments, and manage their accounts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
To book classes, schedule personal training appointments, or place shop orders, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page on our website.
By participating in any classes or training sessions at Athens Boxing Club, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You confirm that you are in good physical health and have consulted a medical professional if you have any pre-existing health conditions. You participate in all activities at your own risk.

We reserve the right to revoke membership or deny access to anyone who violates this code of conduct.
Memberships are sold as one-time purchases with a fixed number of class credits and a fixed validity period — they do not auto-renew and you will not be charged automatically at the end of the period. When your membership expires or your credits run out, you can choose to purchase a new membership. All fees for memberships, personal training appointments, and shop orders are due at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice; any such changes will not affect memberships or orders already purchased.
Class bookings must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within this window, the class credit is returned to your membership and can be used for another booking. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, will result in the loss of the class credit. The cancellation window may be updated from time to time and is always shown in your booking confirmation emails and in your account.
Personal training appointments are scheduled directly with our trainers via the website or mobile app. Cancellation or rescheduling terms for personal training are communicated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. Late cancellations or no-shows for personal training appointments are non-refundable.
Merchandise purchased through our online shop is sold subject to availability. Product descriptions and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law and Greek legislation transposing the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if you purchase physical merchandise from our shop as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at the address below before the deadline expires. You must return the goods in their original, unused condition; the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We will refund the amount paid for the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services (such as memberships and personal training appointments) that have already been fully performed, or to goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Class credits and memberships are non-refundable once they have been used, in whole or in part.
All content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Athens Boxing Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athens Boxing Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, mobile application, or facilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory Greek or EU law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. As a consumer, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
