Shadowboxing, ladder drills, and jump-rope with constant variation to prepare the body and sharpen reflexes.

Begin with the fundamentals -- stance, footwork, strikes, defense, and head movement -- then progress to light-sparring rounds where technique takes priority over power.
Full protective equipment is required at all times including mouthguard, headgear, boxing gloves, and shin guards. Safety is non-negotiable.
